WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments on the webiste made through PayPal express checkout that will accept most cards.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
$10 for Standard Delivery 3-5 Days registered delivery
$15 for Express Next Day delivery
$25 for International
These are shipping times and we try to process orders the same day, but sometimes this can take longer if the watch is super urgent please email or call after placing the order.
WILL GST BE CHARGED?
GST is included in the price
WILL THE WATCH FIT ME?
Yes - one size fits all! The band is just over 8 inches (220 mm) long and can be adjusted down to 6 3/4 inches (172 mm) short by removing links. If you need an extra large band, you can purchase extra links at $5/link by sending a request to info@we-wood.com.au

Jupiter: first, look at each end of the PIN to determine which drill hole is smaller. Push PIN with metal tool through the SMALL end to remove link. KEEP pins to put clasp back on the band.

WHAT IF I AM ALLERGIC TO METAL?
Although our watches are predominantly wood, the clasp of the watches is in metal and is in contact with the skin. If you have an allergic reaction to metal, we cannot guarantee that you will not be affected by the metal clasp.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT WOOD ALLERGIES?
A hypoallergenic product minimizes the risk of allergies. It does' t have preservatives, dyes, alcohol, or nickel derivatives. Hypoallergenic does not mean anti-allergy. Allergies in fact, are unique for each body and can occur from any type of product.

WHAT DOES THE BACK OF THE WATCH LOOK LIKE?

IS WeWOOD WATER RESISTANT?
No, but you can consider it splash-proof ;) It does just fine in the kitchen, even on the beach, but please don't take WeWOOD swimming! Like any natural wood, the wood slightly expands when getting wet, and this makes the flexibility of the links less supple. Generally, the wood fully recovers when dry.
CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?
Yes, you can replace the battery at any jewelry or watch shop.

HOW MUCH DOES THE WATCH WEIGH?
Feather-light WeWood weighs in at a mere 1.5 ounces (42 grams) - you barely notice it's on your arm.
HOW DO I KEEP MY WATCH CLEAN?
For unvarnished wood, mix two tsps each of olive oil and lemon juice and apply a small amount to a soft cotton cloth. Wring the cloth to spread the mixture further into the material and apply to the furniture using wide strokes. This helps distribute the oil evenly. If at any time your watch looks lighter or starts to change in appearance, we recommend that you apply a natural coating such as beeswax, lip balm, butcher block oil or walnut oil. Regular application can help to protect it against damage and improve the durability of the wood and help maintain the moisture balance to prevent drying or cracking.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are usually dispatched in 24 hours, Express shipping is next day and standard shipping is from 1-5 days
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to any country capable of receiving mail via Aus Post. Please be advised that international orders can take several weeks for delivery, depending on the mail system of the receiving country. Customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to WeWOOD because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
WHAT IS THE WeWOOD WARRANTY?
WeWOOD offers 12 months limited warranty on manufacturer defects. Please download the return form HERE
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY WeWOOD?
You can return any watch for exchange, Refund or "store-credit" for any reason within 14 days of receipt. If you need to make a return, please send your watch along with your receipt to Miecorp. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability).
As Christmas is coming up we will allow Exchanges 14days into January for Watches bought in December!
