The Fashionable Gypsy - End Of Summer Castaway Photoshoot.

We're incredibly honoured to be involved in the latest collaboration with our talented friend @TheFashionableGypsy
Moody sunsets, golden skin and salty hair
Nestled just 5 mins out of the township of Byron Bay is the famous Wategos beach where the gypset crew mingle and bohemia luxe holiday makers play.  It’s an Aussie landmark with a international flavour.

WeWood teamed up with two local creatives stylist Ange Cleary (aka @thefashionablegypsy) and budding young photographer @charlottejuliastone who have captured the essence of “The Bay” a term lovingly used by locals.

Ange Cleary (The Fashionable Gypsy) says “I wanted to create a mood that covered all the elements that people love about summer but as we near Autumn we say “goodbye to summer" and cherish the sun kissed, lazy afternoons summer stamps into our minds that creates our memories and make us wish it around again. I couldn’t think of anyone better to capture this than Charlotte. I handed her the role to make this mood board come to life”.

"We feel Charlotte did an amazing job – Dinali is a stunning beach babe and good friend of Charlottes so the synergy was echoed in the images." Ange says.

This was a spontaneous and raw shoot directed by Charlotte featuring well known Aussie brands The Beach People and Fella Swimwear but it was the surroundings and natural beauty of the location that made this story come to life.

"We are so excited to see WeWood's signature wooden watches worn in such a stripped back bare manner. It was all about life and style which is what WeWood embodies in it’s brand ethos."

We look forward to sharing more of our collaboration with Ange in the near future and it goes without saying we are super excited to see more of Charlotte’s stunning photography.

Cheers to all of the beautiful talented women involved! xo
