DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally, please enquire through firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can ship to your location. Please be advised that international orders can take several weeks for delivery, depending on the mail system of the receiving country. Customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to WeWOOD because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
For Same Day Delivery Within Melbourne (Inner Suburbs)
WeWood has now partnered with 'Want It Now' to offer our Melbourne customers same day delivery options direct to your door!
These delivery options will allow you to take advantage of same day delivery or alternatively select a specific delivery window up to five days in advance. This service is available only for deliveries within 15km of Brighton in Melbourne, Victoria.
Please note: We unfortunately cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
'Want It Now's' 3-4 hour same day delivery options depend on your location. There is a flat charge of an $20 for this service and will be calculated at checkout (orders must be placed between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday).
Orders need to be placed before 4pm for same day delivery.
You will receive an SMS and email once your order has been dispatched, and again when the driver is 20 minutes away. Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute, using the 'Want It Now' website or via the iPhone/android app.
The driver will require a signature upon delivery.
If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission can either leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you), deliver to an alternate address or redeliver at another time.
Any parcels not collected and therefore returned to the WeWood office may incur an additional shipping charges.

WILL THE WATCH FIT ME?
Yes - one size fits all! The band is just over 220 mm (8 inches) long and can be adjusted down to172 mm (6 3/4 inches) short by removing links.
If you need an extra large band, you can purchase extra links by sending a request to email@example.com. We would be happy to make the adjustment for you.

WHAT IF I AM ALLERGIC TO METAL?Although our watches are predominantly wood, the clasp of the watches is in metal and is in contact with the skin. If you have an allergic reaction to metal, we cannot guarantee that you will not be affected by the metal clasp.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT WOOD ALLERGIES?
A hypoallergenic product minimises the risk of allergies. It does not have preservatives, dyes, alcohol, or nickel derivatives. Hypoallergenic does not mean anti-allergy. Allergies in fact, are unique for each body and can occur from any type of product.

WHAT DOES THE BACK OF THE WATCH LOOK LIKE?
IS WeWOOD WATER RESISTANT?
No, but you can consider it splash-proof! It does just fine in the kitchen, even on the beach, but please don't take WeWOOD swimming! Like any natural wood, the wood slightly expands when getting wet, and this makes the flexibility of the links less supple. Generally, the wood fully recovers when dry.
CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?
You sure can! We would be happy to do this for you just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW MUCH DOES THE WATCH WEIGH?
Our WeWood watches are feather-light and weigh in at a mere 42 grams (1.5 ounces). You barely even notice it's on your arm!
HOW DO I KEEP MY WATCH CLEAN?
Mix two tsps each of olive oil and lemon juice, and apply to a soft cotton cloth. Apply to the wood. If at any time your watch looks lighter or starts to change in appearance, we recommend that you apply a natural coating such as beeswax, lip balm, butcher block oil or walnut oil. Regular application can help to protect it against damage and improve the durability of the wood and help maintain the moisture balance to prevent drying or cracking.
WHAT IS THE WeWOOD WARRANTY?
WeWOOD offers a 24 month limited warranty on manufacturer defects. Please contact email@example.com do not send the watch back for replacement or exchange without contacting us.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY WeWOOD?
You can return any watch for exchange or refund within reason from 15 days of purchase. All refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If the item has been damaged or lost, we can't offer a refund.
