Link adjustment service

Here at Branched, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. That's why all watches purchased within the last 6 months via both our online WeWOOD site and our affiliated retailers qualify for our free link adjustment service. If you are unsure whether your watch qualifies, please contact our support team at support@branched.com.au.

To continue, please download our Link Adjustment Form, which you just need to fill out and send to us along with your watch and dated proof of purchase (in the form of a receipt or order invoice). Once the watch has been received, the link adjustment takes 1-2 weeks and is then sent back.

For any watch that is older than 6 months, link adjustments are $20.00 and include both the adjustment service as well as the postage back. Please contact our support team at support@branched.com.au if you are interested in this service.
